The Three Bedroom Signature Houses are arranged over two levels and offer a total area of 100 m², providing comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests. They are ideal for families or groups seeking more space, functionality, and privacy—without losing the residential feel and the connection to the natural surroundings.
On the upper level, there is a fully furnished living room with a fireplace and a 32" plasma TV, with one sofa that can also be used as a bed. On one side, there is a large traditional kitchen and a WC. On the other, a private terrace connects via an external staircase to the residence’s private garden.
The lower level includes three bedrooms. Two share a common bathroom, while the third has a separate entrance and its own bathroom, offering additional privacy. The bedrooms feature one double bed, two single beds that can be joined and used as a double, and— in the third bedroom—two single beds fully joined to function as a double.
All bedrooms have direct access to the private garden, furnished with outdoor furniture. Wooden floors, exposed chestnut-wood ceilings, and warm furnishings complete the sense of calm, enhanced by uninterrupted views over the olive grove and the sea, visible through the many openings, terraces, and the garden.
All areas are air-conditioned and include TVs. Internet access and Wi-Fi are available in the common areas.
