The Deluxe Three Bedroom Signature House is a 120 m² residence arranged over three floors, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. It is the largest and most spacious of the Signature Houses—ideal for families or groups seeking an elevated level of comfort, discreet luxury, and uninterrupted views.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first is a particularly spacious bedroom of approximately 25 m², equipped with a large double bed, a sofa that converts into a 1.30 m-wide bed, a coffee table, and a writing desk, offering flexibility and comfort. The second bedroom is smaller and includes a single bed and a second foldaway bed that can be paired with the first, creating two single beds. This floor has direct access to the residence’s private furnished garden.

The upper level features a fully furnished living room with a fireplace and a 32" plasma TV, along with a corner sofa that can be used as a bed for at least one guest. On the same level, the kitchen and a WC are located on one side, while on the other there is a covered terrace, ideal for relaxing with open views.

On the second and highest level is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony, offering exceptional, uninterrupted views from the highest point of the complex.

Wooden floors, exposed chestnut-wood ceilings, and warm, carefully selected furnishings complete the sense of serenity, enhanced by uninterrupted views over the olive grove and the sea, visible through the many openings, terraces, and the garden.
