The Two Bedroom Signature Houses are arranged over two levels and offer a total area of 75 m², providing comfortable and functional accommodation for up to 5 guests. They are ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking a residential feel and direct connection with the natural landscape.
On the upper level, there is a fully furnished living room with a fireplace and a 32" plasma TV, with one sofa that can be used as a bed. The same level includes the kitchen, a WC, and a private terrace—ideal for moments of rest with open views.
The lower level features two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second offers two single beds that can be joined and used as a double. The bedrooms share a covered terrace and have direct access to the private garden, furnished with outdoor lounge seating.
Wooden floors, exposed chestnut-wood ceilings, and warm furnishings complete the sense of serenity, enhanced by uninterrupted views over the olive grove and the sea, visible through the many openings, terraces, and the garden.
